Summer Camp Details

π 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM, Monday through Friday
π Held at the Mindful Yoga with Liz studio in Poughkeepsie
Camp Options by Age Group:
- π± Youngster Yogis (ages 3–5) – Think playful movement, storytime, and intro yoga in a nurturing space.
- π Youthful Yogis (ages 6–10) – Daily yoga, fun crafts, and plenty of movement-focused games.
- π« Tween/Teen Yogis (ages 11+) – Great for older kids to relax, de-stress, and reconnect mind and body.
- π§βοΈ Harry Potter Yoga Camp (June 30–July 3) – Because what could be more magical than wands, wizarding crafts, and themed yoga poses?
Liz also offers a Kindergarten Readiness week, perfect for those nervous about that big back-to-school transition.
