Get ready for a summer filled with movement, creativity, and fun at our Kids Yoga & Mindfulness Camp! This isn’t just any camp—it’s a week of adventure where kids stretch, breathe, and play their way to a stronger body and a calmer mind. Each day, Yogis will explore playful yoga flows, partner poses, breathwork, and mindfulness activities that help them build confidence, balance, and focus—all while having a blast! Through interactive games and teamwork exercises, kids will learn how to connect with their breath, move their bodies in fun and creative ways, and support one another. Each day includes a special craft, giving kids a chance to express themselves through hands on creativity, reinforcing mindfulness and self expression. At the end of the week, Yogis will bring home their crafts to show their loved ones everything they accomplished all week long.
