A short hour away in Hartford, CT and located at 250 Columbus Blvd, we have the amazing Connecticut Science Center for all ages. Right now, in fact, there’s a great traveling Mindbender Mansion exhibit full of mystery, puzzles, clues, and everything is interactive for your family. This is available until August 31st this year. Coming this Sunday (the 27th), go ahead and visit Doc McStuffins Toy Clinic with your children’s toy for a checkup.
Ongoing exhibits are filled with family favorites. For those music lovers in your family, there’s a music exhibit where you can feel the sounds, user lasers and your body to make music, and more!! For the younger children there’s a KidSpace exhibit made just for ages 3-6 (perfect for my family!) plus this summer are special storytime sessions. Between this and other exhibits exploring space, the CT River, Forces in Motion, Energy City and so many more you truly can find something for everyone.
You can purchase affordable General Admission for $14 (children) to $19 (adult) and include the movie (currently Dinosaurs: Giants of Patagonia 3D) for only $5 more. Children under the age of 2 are FREE as are TEACHERS this summer!!
