Macaroni Kid has quickly become the trusted resource for parents in the Eastern Putnam as well Middle and Upper Dutchess counties. We're reaching 4500 families locally and that number is growing every day. We have secured booth space at several events this year between now and the end of 2014. Our booths are typically located in the children's area. We always have a huge draw at our booth because we are not selling anything and offer free activities for kids at every event we attend. This year we are going to be testing out a new marketing tool that has been used by other publishers in other cities and has been very successful! We plan to hand out swag bags to moms/dads that come to our booth to sign up for our newsletter. We are going to allow local companies the opportunity to have something included in 300 swag bags for a small fee.
What should you include? Any marketing materials that are of interest to moms or dads. Coupons or samples work best!
